In the Google Pay project, I contributed as a Visual Designer, focusing on crafting a future vision for the app that emphasized innovation and user-centricity in digital payments. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth research, identify user pain points, and create intuitive designs that balanced visual appeal with functionality. Through prototypes and interactive flows, I helped shape an experience that integrated advanced features, like Google Assistant integration, while maintaining simplicity, usability, and trust for billions of users worldwide.

User engagement has increased by 30%, with an average of 15% more time spent on the app by users. Additionally, the team has reported a 20% increase in app downloads and a 25% increase in in-app purchases.
