One of the world’s largest food companies is taking significant steps toward digital transformation. When we took on this challenge, their ecosystem of websites and digital products needed to be optimized to efficiently collect, measure, and understand consumer behavior and needs. Additionally, there were many websites with similar purposes but independent strategies, leading to functional overlap and challenges in data collection and integration.
